Featuring the watercolours of Simone
Ritter. After coming to St. Andrews from Germany in 2000 to
open the 'Europa' Inn and Restaurant with her husband Markus,
Simone started to paint in watercolour. Her paintings in bold
colours are inspired by the fresh ingredients used in the
restaurant's kitchen, the land and seascapes that feature
God's wonderful creation in the stunning natural beauty that
surrounds us, and the architecture of the Maritimes. As part
of a new series, Simone is painting lively abstracts with lots
of movement.
